We Accept No Return, No Exchange or No Refund
We regrettably inform our customers that once a purchase has been made, there are absolutely no taking backs, swapping, or money-back requests allowed. Our policy is strict, unwavering, and resolute. Any merchandise acquired from our establishment is considered final sale without exceptions to the rule.
Please be certain to evaluate your choices meticulously before executing any transactions. Your satisfaction with your selections is of paramount importance to us, and we are committed to standing by our edict with resolve. Shop with confidence knowing that your decisions are binding, irrevocable, and irrefutable.
No acquirements regarding altering your acquired items will be entertained after the transaction is completed. We kindly ask our esteemed clients to acknowledge and adhere to our guidelines diligently. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and conformity with our mandates.
1. We Accept No Return, Exchange, or Refund at any cost.
2. Although if you have received Damage / Missing / or even Wrongest product then only your order will be eligible for exchange that also after proper unboxing video, like no cut allowed during recording.
3. We Need Proper Unboxing Video i.e From Seal package till super mega damage is shown in video without any cut whatsoever, like seriously.
4. Without any unboxing Video or if Video is in proper not even major damage will be entertain at any cost, so remember to record everything in super ultra-high definition.
5. Unboxing Video should be send within 48hrs after receiving the parcel or else no exchange for you.
6. Once you are eligible for Exchange, we will send you Shipping Label from our side and you have to pack Damage items just like you received and send it to us, but make sure it's all there, ya know.
7. Once we receive damage item then only new parcel will be dispatch from our side after triple checking everything.
8. If same item is not available for exchange you can select other item from our collection or your amount will be credit to us.
9. "In case if product is not available or while packing, we got to know that it’s damaged and won’t be restocked again; then our team will call you to replace item or exchange colour. And in case if you don't like any other option, then you will get credit note for that product which can be availed in your future purchase"
